HR Manager, India for a leading US MNC - Location: Noida

The client has plans to set up Retail outlets all over India later this year. The Company has also set up the Business process Outsourcing in Finance and Accounting unit at Noida to service its worldwide offices.

This position will report to the Managing Director-India

Overview of role and responsibilities

The incumbent would head the Human Resource function. He/she is responsible for all HR initiatives it’s planning, formulation & implementation so that it facilitates the fulfillment of long term and short term business goals; assists and guides the Managing Director and the management team on the entire gamut of HR and related issues to achieve the vision of the corporation.

Education and experience required
Must have Master’s degree/PGDM in HR
7 – 10 years of relevant HR experience. Candidates with less than 7 years experience should have adequate exposure to all functions of HR and must have demonstrated leadership qualities in current role.
Advanced knowledge in the field of HR in a progressive Multi-national environment.
Female candidates will be preferred
High on employee engagement and communication activities (OD or training experience will be helpful)

Exposure to FMCG or retail environment will be a plus.
