Macmillan requires a Head - Marketing for its E Business Division (www.emacmillan.com ) to be based out of Bangalore and cover UK, Europe and US geographies. The ideal candidate needs to be:

1. An MBA in Marketing from a Premier Institute

2. Posess 6-10 years of experience in IT sales

3. Possess excellent communication skills

4. Should have experience to generate leads, build relationships and close deals with clients

5. Should have been responsible for P & L for atleast last two years

6. Exposure to publishing/elearning domains would be an added advantage but not a must

Director, People Success - Global People Centre Lead Gurgaon, India

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth implementation of end-to-end employee lifecycle HR processes including New Hire Integration, Relocations, Exits and
Leaves, Vacations and Time Off, and others. Improve and adapt all processes to meet changing business requirements and expansion to new countries.
• Oversee the development, implementation and improvement of global and country-specific employee policies and practices and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations
• Manage the HR Employee Help Desk and ensure consistent SLA performance
• Lead the Global People Movement function responsible for managing international assignments, immigration and travel programs
• Develop and rollout employee recognition and engagement programs including implementation and analysis of annual employee engagement survey
• Lead the Business Intelligence team providing HR reporting and analysis to HR/business leadership and the Record Management team responsible for maintenance of employee data and files.
• Partner with Enterprise Applications to ensure current and future HR IT systems and technologies support HR business
requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls on core processes and systems.
• Plan and manage to budget
• Lead team of approx. 70 HR team members across Sapient's offices in India, US, Canada, Germany and UK.

Qualifications:
10+ years in Human Resources / Operations with a minimum of 2 years as functional head
Proven experience implementing complex people processes and managing organizational change
MNC experience, required
Experience leading globally distributed teams, preferred

HR Generalist Opening at Oracle,Bangalore

Oracle India has a vacancy for a HR Generalist based at Bangalore. This role will provide HR support to a sales and sales support division for North America (Oracle Direct).

The candidate should hold a full time post graduation degree in HR from a reputed institute (batches 2004, 2005 or 2006). Experience with IT or ITES company is an advantage. The candidate should be a self starter, have the ability to deal with ambiguity, be customer focused, have attention to details and a good communicator. In keeping with the business, the work timings for this role would be 12 pm to 8.30 pm.

The key role responsibilities would include : Being customer focused and participate in the development and implementation of human resource plans to support business objectives for the group. Consult with management and employees on human resource related issues and policies. Be responsible for the identification and resolution of HR related situations calling on appropriate resources to resolve the issue. Support and implementation of various HR practices & processes - like performance review process, rewards & recognition, communication, C&B etc.
