Job Description:
Position spans HR Generalist responsibilities. As the Sr. Manager HR, this position will provide a broad range of human resources services in support of business objectives, strategic goals & human resource initiatives, for the HR Services.
The employee base of this position's span would be about 2000+ employees and potential to grow further.
Responsible for organization assessment and upgrading the talent through strategic staffing plans and developing pipeline talent and resources. Assume the role of employee advocate, working with business leaders to identify and solve problems that inhibit employee satisfaction
Drive Performance Management and Compensation planning for the set of employees based on corporate designs.
Drive Training and Competency development programs across employees
Direct and/or perform diverse assignments concerning employee relations, staffing, compensation, diversity, organizational development, training and special projects as assigned. Consult with leadership and management to plan effective human resources utilization and organizational alignment, serve as an organizational consultant to managers, employees, and outside agencies concerning HR related issues.
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree /MBA from a reputed institute with specialization in HR/PMIR
Minimum 9 + years of directly related experience
Excellent computer skills required
Experience of working in MNC environment
Exposure to regional HR portfolio would be an added advantage.
