HR Specialist : Asia Pacific

Role

Participant will rotate between three different HR functions (C&B, Talent Management and Regional ( Asia Pacific / Europe / US) HR role) to gain a broad range of skills within multiple HR disciplines.

Location

9 Months in anywhere in Asia ( India / China / Thailand / Singapore / Australia / New Zealand ), 9 Months in Europe Middle East Africa - EMEA ( UK / France / Spain / Italy / Morocco / Egypt ) & 9 Months in USA

After completion of this development program, the position will be based anywhere in Asia Pacific region.

Specification

- MBA HR with 1 -2 years of experience ( MNC preferred) in field of C & B , Talent Management, Learning & Development
- Excellent Commuication skills - knowledge of any foreign language will be an added advantage
- should be willing to travel and relocate to any other country

Oracle India has multiple vacancies for HR Generalists based at Bangalore,Hyderabad and NCR.

The candidate should hold a full time post graduation degree in HR from a reputed institute (batches 2003,2004, 2005 or 2006). Experience with IT or ITES company is an advantage. The candidate should be a self starter, have the ability to deal with ambiguity, be customer focused, have attention to details and a good communicator.

The key role responsibilities would include :
