Education: - MBA (Full time only) from reputed colleges-Preferably 2002/2003 passouts.
Experience: - 3-5 Years
The person should hold a post graduation degree in HR from a reputed institute, with 2 to 5 years of work experience. Some experience of working with knowledge workers is an advantage. The candidate should be a self starter, have the ability to deal with amibguity, be customer focussed, have attention to details and a good communicator.
The key role responsibilities would include :
- Be a business partner to management and participates in the development and implementation of human resource plans to support business objectives for the group. Consult with management and employees on human resource related issues and policies.
- Be responsible for the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of HR related situations calling on appropriate resources to resolve the issue.
- Support and implementation of various HR practices & processes – like performance review process, rewards & recognition, communication, C&B etc.
