Role: B-School Talent Acquisition - Specialist & Program Management Office - Anchor

Scope & Sphere: All B-School Recruitment across the organization in India

Base Location: Kolkata

Work Experience: 4 to 6 years (at least 2 to 3 years in recruitment)

Pre-Requisites:

Full time MBA with HR specialization from a recognized B-School
Good knowledge of the IT industry and the talent market (experienced profiles)
Exposure to recruitment related communication & aptitude to understand recruitment needs of the domain consulting businesses
Ability to regularly interact and communicate with business managers
Work Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the B-School Campus Program at Cognizant.
Work with HR Manager in anchoring the B-School Talent Acquisition - Program Management Office.
Understanding staffing requirements for business analyst / consulting profiles from the business consulting practice leaders
Coordinate the recruitment panel set-ups for different campuses
Networking in the talent market on B-School recruitment trends and come up with innovative tactical improvisations to the recruitment process
Liaison with the internal business analyst / consulting profiles (through focused group discussions) to understand employer brand perception in the campus market place
Running ongoing campaigns / campus activities (along with the Marketing & Communications Team) via engagement and connect forums to enhance the desired brand for the B-School Campus Program.
Maintaining the Recruitment MIS - systematically tracking cost management, quality management, lead time management and hiring manager satisfaction index along with driving digitization and process simplification, wherver possible
Be the first level audit check point for all relevant documentation for B-School talent acquisition
Contribute towards ensuring achievement of “employer brand building through talent acquisition process experience” for candidates
