Business HR Role - 4-6 Yrs Experience - We are looking for HR professionals to join in a generalist role as part of a team handling complete HR responsibilities for a large Business Unit,
with a people scope of 5000+. The role will involve almost the entire gamut of HR activities. It would entail the following and much more -

Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - Human Resources (Comp. and Benefit)

Job/Role Profile :

This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ensuring administration and maintenance of compensation and/or benefits programs for employees in Wipro's international markets.

Some of the projects this position will be responsible for are:


Responsible for the development, implementation, and ensuring administration and maintenance of compensation and/or benefits programs. Conducts research, compiles statistics and prepares analyses. Responsible for the development and administration of HR automation systems. Develop integrated web-based HR programs.

Responsible for the development, implementation, of compensation programs. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained. Works with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems.

Benefits: Areas of responsibility include medical, dental, life and disability insurance as well as paid time off, pension/retirement, wellness and perquisites. Ensures company benefit offerings remain competitive. Develops benefit communications.

Involved in the development, planning and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.

Job Title: Senior Executive / Manager – Human Resources (Strategic Initiatives)

Job/Role Profile : The role involves developing, communicating and tracking new initiatives around the areas of HR Systems, Employee Engagement & Development and Employee Communication so as to help further enhance the existing frameworks.
The role will also encompass conducting research , compiling statistics and preparing analyses to benchmark existing global practices and help define new practices around the above areas.
The focus of these initiatives will be across Americas, Europe and APAC geographies (excluding India).
The role is based out of Bangalore and will involve limited travel.

Person Profile: An MBA from a premier institute with 2-5 yrs of core HR generalist/ employee engagement experience in a reputed and large sized IT company. Knowledge of HR practices across Americas/Europe and exposure to mass communication or HR branding initiatives will be an added advantage
Professionals with the drive and passion to constantly overachieve and outdo themselves will be best suited for this role.
