The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing the full scope of HR activities. This role will drive and coordinate the global HR strategies throughout the organization. Functional HR responsibilities include: talent acquisition, management, and review strategy, development of a succession strategy and plan, compensation planning, performance review and mentoring process, development and proper execution of HR policies and procedures, and issue resolution.
