Role:The People Strategist partners with the Delivery Lead (BL) to achieve business growth and performance objectives. They create and consult on the people strategy across a number of accounts and businesses (e.g., Culture building, People retention, growth and performance strategy) to enable the highest performance and alignment of our people with the business. The People Strategist is a key member of the business leadership team in India.
The Sr. Manager, People Strategy works under the supervision of a Director, People Strategy India
Education:
•Bachelor's degree or Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, IPD) required.
•MBA / PGD with a specialization in HR / IR / OB / OD would be preferable
Experience Guidelines:
• Effective consultation and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work in cross – functional / global teams
• Total HR experience of 8 – 12 years
