Job/Role Profile :
This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ensuring administration and maintenance of compensation and/or benefits programs for employees in Wipro's international markets.
Some of the projects this position will be responsible for are:
Responsible for the development, implementation, and ensuring administration and maintenance of compensation and/or benefits programs. Conducts research, compiles statistics and prepares analyses. Responsible for the development and administration of HR automation systems. Develop integrated web-based HR programs.
Responsible for the development, implementation, of compensation programs. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained. Works with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems.

The role is based out of Bangalore
Person Profile: An MBA with 3-4 yrs of core Comp and Benefit experience in a reputed and large sized IT company. Knowledge of C and B practices across Americas/Europe/APAC. Professionals with the drive and passion to constantly overachieve and outdo themselves will be best suited for this role.
