KRA's:
Benchmark HR practices and develop innovative initiatives and programs to support the creation of a premier employment environment.
Global alignment of policies within the organization, Implement Policies, Procedures & practices.
Performance review management, Manage Employee Reward and Recognition Systems.
Quality Rep- Ensuring quality compliance against ISO 9001:2000, CMM and BS7799 guidelines.
Reporting HR Metrics.
Induction of new joinees.
Handle day to day HR operations.
Handle separation process- conduct exit analysis and suggest retention strategies.
Contract management with all manpower agencies including specific terms and conditions.
Desired profile:
MBA Specialization in HR / PG Dip Personnel Mgmt preferably from a premier institute.
An overall experience of 4 - 7 years in the Human Resources function in a mid sized software / Mfg / FMCG industry - experience in an IT company will be preferred.
Designing and implementing operating procedures & manuals
Implementation of people processes with a focus on performance management, culture building, and employee relations
