Role:
* Responsible for providing leadership and managing delivery across
zonal HR teams for HR processes like Recruitment, HR Operations, Performance
management, HR Compliance and Rewards & recognition.
The scope of this role spreads across 4 zones (north, south, east and west), each having a zonal HR team in place. Each zone currently has about 400 employees and is targeted to grow to about 700 employees per zone, over the coming 1 year.
The incumbent will also be responsible for managing HR delivery for the Corporate Office.
* Responsible for managing HR Operations, Budgeting, MIS reporting and Employee engagement.
Reporting:
* The incumbent will report to the Head of Human Resources.
* The incumbent will have 4 Zonal HR Managers, Sr. Manager HR Compliance and Manager HR Operations reporting into him / her.
Profile:
* MBA in HR / PMIR batches 1990 / 1991 / 1992 / 1993
* Work Experience of minimum 14 years post MBA, should have worked in roles at corporate / Regional / Zonal levels
* The incumbent should be conceptually sound, capable of hands-on delivery. Should be an outstanding communicator and team builder.
* Will need to network extensively with internal business leadership across levels.
* Will need to travel across zones regularly.
