Yrgent requirements for HR Generalist Position in IBM. The same needs to be closed on priority within a week.
The incumbent will perform an HR Advisor role and participate in a gamut of HR functions like the recruitment process, performance appraisal, employee developmental initiatives and employee communication.
The incumbent should also have the ability to manage complex team situations, effectively handle employee relations and managing diversity in keeping with evolving work ethics and dynamic market scenarios.
He/She will also be involved in formulating and implementing employee motivational programs, managing employee relations and introducing innovative HR practices across the organization
Criteria : MBA from TISS or XLRI ONLY.
