They are currently looking for a Manager - HR (Compensation & Benefits)
to join our Corporate HR Team.
The details of the position are:
The incumbent would be responsible for designing and implementing a
variety of programmes focussed on total rewards management.
Job Profile:
The major responsibilities of the job include:
a)Track & monitor market salary trends and practices (India and Globally)
b)Annual salary review (planning & implementation)
c)Benefits Benchmarking
d)Formulating & redesigning personnel policies in line with market practice
e)Expatriate compensation management
f)Job profiling and evaluation
g)Assessment Centres design and implementation
h)Administration of reward program
The position will report to the General Manager – HR and is based out of Gurgaon.
Desired profile of candidate -
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR from a premier institute.
Experience: 2-5 years

•Strong knowledge of Quantitative techniques

•High level of computer skills – MS Office & ERP
