Assigning clear and measurable project performance metrics (Quality, Productivity, Delivery)
Team appraisal / reviews

Understand client requirements – implicit and explicit
Resource / cost estimation and planning
Project change management (flagging risks to cost and schedule)
Required Skills/Background -
Should possess about 8- 10 years experience in the e-learning industry. Of which at least 4-5 years should be in a Lead/Managerial position.
Should be comfortable handling teams.
Candidates with an Engineering background preferred.
Candidate should be familiar with the e-learning DLC and should be comfortable handling projects.
Good collaborator, should able to efficiently interact and communicate with Client, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors.
Should be able to handle client calls and all client communication.
Should also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Other Criteria
7-8 years of experience, in e-learning Industry ,of which 3-4 yrs in Project management
Good understanding of quality process like CMM, ISO and SCROM and e-learning DLC.
Good communication and should be a good team player
Working knowledge of any skills like writing, ID or Flash programming.
Education/Certification Required
Any Graduate
