HR requirement for the position of Sr. Manager -C&B with the HR group of Oracle, Bangalore
Exp: 10+ years to 15 years
Education: Full time MBA/MSW
Work exp: Should have worked in core C&B group preferably in an HR consulting firm/IT/ITES company.
Job description: High visibility position , Head the C&B gtoup- strategy, operations. liasion with stake holders and external vendors to name a few.
