Chase Card Services, the credit card vertical of JP Morgan Chase are currently looking for an HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and contribute to the HR areas such as Compensation & Benefits, training, employee relations and diversity from the business perspective
- Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
- Consult with line clients on various people and organisation related issues
- Facilitate Performance management and employee development system
- Facilitate the business to develop the Reward and recognition framework
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition and develop and and manage strategies to reduce attrition.
- Create and sustain an environment that motivates high performance, recognizes and rewards excellence of individuals and teams ans results in employee committment.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Post graduate in Human Resources (2002-2005 batch)
- 2-5 years of working experience in various areas of HR
- Flexibility to work late evenings
