The role:
HR Generalist reporting to Head of Human Resources, ISIN
1. Managing resourcing
2.Compensation (through the vendor providing payroll management) and benefit administration
3. Liaising with local business heads, the regional and global office for approvals
4. Coordinating & Driving Performance Management
5. Coordinating & Driving training efforts
6. Managing Information for ISIN
7. Leading e-HR initiatives
Profile
1. MBA (HR specialisation) from XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis preferably from the 2004/05 batch
2. At least 2 years of Line HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
3. Prior experience in HRIS ( PeopleSoft) would help
4. Preferred space: Financial services, FMCG, consulting in that order
