We have a position as HR Manager based in Hyderabad.
Job Profile:
Understand key business issues and their impact on HR and act on implementing the HR action
Draw up a framework of the recruitment strategy, functional level of positions and remunerations therof with inputs from Line Managers.
Driving the annual salary review process, acting as the India Compensation contact and liasing closely with the global compensation group
Ensure application of Performance Management Processes at all levels with a focus on development issues Participate in change management and OD initiatives
Drive HR iniatives related to induction, training development, retention and exit interviews of employees.
Participate in improving HR processes, develop and maintain HR policies.
Advise line managers and global HR on Indian labour laws
Experience required: Minimum 7-8 years experience in HR either in a generalist role or in a specialist role such as Compensation Benefits Manager etc with excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Educational qualification: MBA in HR/PM IR from premier institutes like TISS, XLRI
