Candidate Profile:-
1. Masters in Human Resource Management
2. Atleast 6 – 10 years experience in varied industries. Exposure to IT and related industry in one of the stints is preferred
3. Exposure to generalist HR role
4. Proactive and Energetic professional who can take up new initiatives
5. Exposure to employee engagement activities
