1. GE Consumer Finance Servicing India - Hyderabad

Position: HR Leader
Provide overall strategic Human Resources functional leadership for a 2000+ employee stand-alone P&L providing customer service, collections fraud and underwriting services to GE Consumer Finance Americas.
* Partner with business leaders to recommend HR strategies to achieve overall business objectives and drive strategies from conception to implementation.
* Drive key HR initiatives including succession planning, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, compensation programs, benefits planning, HR compliance, policies & practices, performance management system, employee development, employee relations, rewards and recognition and cultural integration.
* Develop and lead proactive employee engagement initiatives across sites to drive employee satisfaction, diversity, retention and a positive work environment.
* Provide advice and counsel to both employees and managers on employee-related and organizational matters.
* Lead and develop HR staff to ensure effective HR/business partnership and service delivery
throughout the organization.
* Partner with site leadership and key HR process owners to implement proactive employee relations strategies, roll out HR initiatives, and provide local HR support and assistance to more than 2000 employees across two operating locations.
* Maintain HR compliance in accordance with applicable employment laws, state and government regulations and GE policies and procedures.
*Lead efforts to improve HR process efficiency and effectiveness utilizing Six Sigma tools.
*Coordinate closely with the extended GE-India HR and business teams to ensure close alignment in country-wide activities/initiati ves, staffing, professional development and succession planning.

Applicants should have atleast 8 years of experience with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive HR strategic plans, including employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, results orientation and the ability to execute complex business initiatives. It also requires strong relationship and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage at all levels of the organization.

2. GE Industrial (Sensing & FANUC) - Bangalore

Position: HR Leader
> Provide HR leadership and hands-on HR support for recently acquired technology business in a fast growing and dynamic environment.
> Partner with the country leader towards business goals as well as be the employee advocate.
> Develop plans and execute roadmap to achieve HR and business integration including Session C, employee selection and development, performance management and compensation
> Drive and build an energized & creative workforce, managing staffing, salary planning, organizational design, leadership development, and GE's Performance Management process
> Provide career counseling & coaching to managers and employees.
> Partner directly with the local Business Leaders in driving GE integration issues.
> Provide counsel to business leadership on team development, performance and productivity
> Applicants should have atleast 8 years of HR Generalist experience with proven leadership,
communication and facilitation skills. They must have strong business acumen and customer focus, coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced, independent environment. Individuals with IR and/or some Commercial experience will be preferred.

3. GE Industrial (Sensing) - Bangalore

Position: HR Manager
* Work towards building energized & creative workforce, managing staffing, salary planning, organizational design, leadership development, and GE's Performance Management process
* Support in the execution of the HR roadmap to achieve business integration including Session C, employee selection and development, performance management and compensation
* Partner directly with the local Business Leaders in driving GE integration issues.

Applicants should have atleast 5 years of HR
Generalist experience.
They must have strong business acumen and customer focus, coupled with the ability to work in a fast paced, independent environment.

4. GE Water & Process Technologies - Bangalore

Position: HR Leader
* Source talent across the company and ensure the effective use of human resources to promote improved productivity and efficiency for the company's growth, development and profit.
* Drive a Human Resources strategy in line with Asia Pacific and global direction to ensure the achievement of business targets through people
* Formulate and recommend human resources, policies and objectives for the company in the areas of staffing, Compensation, planning and administration, training and development.
* Guide all staffing activities from advertising to induction of successful candidates in order to
optimize the quality and fit of all new recruits.
* Drive equitable and competitive remuneration and compensation policies, implement appropriate processes as required.
* Administer and co-ordinate the organization> '> s remuneration management system including co-ordination of the annual salary review process, job evaluation and briefings and the establishment of fair and consistent remuneration practices.
* Provide consulting and support to line Management in all aspects of employee relations including performance counseling and change management to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
* Assist in the preparation of the organization> '> s staffing and development plan (Session C). Work with the Managers to ensure actions arising from the plan are implemented in a timely
manner.
* Formulate and develop plans, procedures and programs to identify and meet specific training needs and problems and to develop the workforce. Co-ordinate such training as appropriate
* Develop, implement and maintain programs which will contribute to achievement of corporate and personal goals, productivity improvements and the growth and development of individual staff

Applicants should have atleast 5-7 years of HR
experience, preferably in an autonomous environment.
