One of the largest IT companies in the world , requires HR-Managers its a generalist profile.

Year of exp : 6-8 years
Qualification : MBA- HR from premier institute (Mandatory -TISS & XLRI only)
Requirement (There are 11 positions across India)

Experience : Good exposure in a reputable organization

Job Responsibilities :

- Partner with business in driving key HR initiatives like Performance Management, Talent management, employee relations etc

- Provide strategic HR support to assigned line organization

- Influences decisions made by senior management / senior business leads

- Gain insight into key business issues & translate business needs into HR requirements - Analyze HR issues for business unit - identifying methods / initiatives at resolving them

- Leads successful implementation of HR programs

- Supports and leverages relationships with extended HR team to deliver One Team HR solutions
