* Drive organization' s HR processes including Session C, Salary Planning, salary benchmarking, compensation and benefit plans, performance management and required training programs * Overall ownership of talent identification and acquisition, employee development and retention ... including the development of comprehensive staffing routines, coaching, career development, leadership talent pipeline, performance appraisals, succession planning
* Ensure complete tie-offs with multiple internal customers (globally) and existing HR leaders (in and out of India)
* Develop strong local network within the Company's HR community for leveraging best practices
* Ensure accurate employee records, including complete Oracle HR ownership and maintenance
* Establish clear HR template for continued expansion and integration of acquired businesses with multiple P&L's and JV's
* Working with the legal community, implement ongoing compliance training programs; work with leadership team to develop an environment of an open and participative culture conductive to employees openly questioning and improving daily routines within all areas of the business...i. e., sourcing, finance, operations, HR
