5,Job Role:Structure and Roles,Training and Development, Leadership Pipeline identification and development. Manage all corporate HR functions. As a member of the management team, active participation in the set up of Organisation, development and implementation of the HR plan, in line with business goals. Project implementation in HR at all levels of management and staff, including proactive gathering of intelligence relevant to Company's ability to successfully attract and retain all levels of employees. Implementation and monitoring of Corporate HR Policies, Performance Management System and coordinating annual reviews. Talent Management, developing strategies for the effective deployment of Human Capital and career planning. Working with the team to identify retention issues and to research, propose and implement new initiatives. Planning and managing employee perquisites and benefits. Undertaking research work in order to inform and/or improve HR practices – e.g., Salary benchmarking exercise etc. A systems orientation - undertaking a variety of HR projects. Advising and assisting managers in specific aspects of HR work as required. Monitoring training systems & organise various training programme for all management staff.
In brief the responsibilities would encompass the following:
