Role/Responsibility:
• This role will provide HR support to a Product/Customer support division.
• Be a business partner to management and participate in the development and implementation of human resource plans to support business objectives for the group.
• Consult with management and employees on human resource related issues and policies.
• Be responsible for the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of HR related situations calling on appropriate resources to resolve the issue.
• Support and implement various HR practices & processes - like performance review process, rewards & recognition, communication, C&B etc
