Position: Head Training
Location: based out of Corporate in New Delhi,
Experience: 8-15 years of work experience post qualification
Educational Qualification: MBA (Preferably from XLRI, TISS,
Symbiosis, XISS, XIMB and other tier –I management institutes)
Compensation: As per the market trend
Desired Profile:
a. Must have prior experience of heading training/ leading the team independently
b. Must have prior experience of conducting training/ workshop across levels
c. Must have strong communication skills
d. Must have excellent interpersonal skill and
e. Must be a good team player
Key Responsibilities:
a. Preparing T&D budget.
b. Designing and implementing corporate training calendar.
c. Planning and executing Training Need Identification for managerial cadre across the entire group companies.
d. Recommending training policy for employee training based on TNI
e. Conceptualising all kinds of trainings – behavioural,
technical and managerial, end-to-end for managerial cadre.
f. Direct and supervise the implementation of all kinds of trainings for the managerial cadre.
