Brief Job Description:
The job holder will be working on a gamut of activities largely centered around leadership.
More specifically,
1.Coach leaders to build and develop a culture to support our business vision
2.Coach all senior leadership hires & integrate them with HR systems & processes related to inclulcation of values, succession Management ,Coaching, leadership assessment & development
3.Design & implement development aligned HR systems such as performance management, coaching, career development etc
4 Integration of Subject Matter Experts (Expatriates) into the organization
Competencies/ skills Expected:
Strong communicator
Executive maturity
Experienced line manager
Strong conceptual skills
Entrepreunerial streak
Creative/innovative / thought leaders + practical implementer
Courageous: ability to challenge and support
Abilty to work in an unstructured environment
High energy levels
High level of understanding of HR systems & processes
Empathy & cultural sensitivity
Profile specification:
PG in HR from a premier Management Institute (XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis ) with an exp range of 4-15 yrs.
Compensation will be competitive, commensurate with the experience & exposure of the inidvidual.
These positions would report to Susan Bloch, Chief Culture & Diversity Officer at Reliance Retail. Prior to joining Reliance Retail, Susan was a Partner at Whitehead Mann, and Director Executive (Coaching) with the Hay Group Consultancy.
