Position: Manager - Human Resources, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for overall HR support and delivery for our office, consisting of our Service Delivery teams of Operations (incl. functions such as operations, distributions operations, underwriting, claims, projects) , IT, facilities, and the Acturial teams. This is a full generalist HR role for over 350 people, and growing too.
b. The above verticals include hiring, goal setting and performance processes, Rewards & Recognition, Engagement activities, retention strategies, and talent management processes, and HR Compliance too for Powai.
c. Integral part of the Powai leadership team, this role works very closely with the business teams in Powai, and the Corporate HR teams at Peninsula, to support and facilitate HR requirements.
Reporting to: AVP - HR.Candidate's Profile: a. MBA in HR / PMIR batches 1999 / 2000 / 2001b.
Experience of minimum 5 years post MBA, range 5- 7 years, with the last 1 - 2 years in generalist HR at a corporate level or Regional / team level in a medium sized firm. Services sector preferred. However, FMCG profiles welcome too.
