Headcount – 500 members (ramping up to 1000 by 2007 December)
Position – Head HR
Profile – 99 to 01 batch XLRI or TISS only Only from ITES, KPO verticals.(2002 batch with KPO background can also apply)
Role – Heading the HR; reporting to CEO and COO, leading a team of 4 to 6 members (Potential candidate have the freedom to exercise discretion in choosing more members).
Budget – 20 to 25 LAC (Negotiable)
