Experience: 3 - 8 yrs

Work timings: UK Business Timings
Mandates: MBA HR/ PG Diploma in HR or currently pursuing MBA/PG Diploma in HRExcellent communication skillsRole: HR Advisor; would be interacting with the employees (of a UK based financial services Company) to provide high end HR advisory services, handle queries, manage employee relations. Would get great exposure to international HR. As the process grows, would eventually manage the entire gamut of corporate HR activities for the client.It is a Blended process which includes 70% of voice element.Process: Employee Service Process is a specialized BPO High End HR Process.
CTC: Not a constraint
This is a pilot batch for the process so the person has to be open to travel to UK to transition the process.
