Job Description: A seasoned HR professional from IT industry who has adequate competence and experience in handling the following HR functions:
1. HR Strategy and Planning
2. HR Operations
3. Management of HR team and employees across locations and countries
4. Compensation and benefits management
5. Skills Gap Analysis
6. Employee retention & motivation strategies
7. Administration of policies, processes and systems
8. Resource planning, strategy and implementation
9. Employee Life Cycle Management
10. Employee Communications
11. Senior Management interaction and relations
12. Career & Succession Planning
13. Manpower Budgeting and Control
Desired Profile : Should be an MBA / PGDBM in HR, having more than 12 years of experience. The position heads the HR function with 20-25 reportees across locations assigned to it.
Minimum Experience: 10 years
Maximum Experience: 15 years
