POSITION: MANAGER – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
REPORTS TO: Vice President Human Resources
JOB SUMMARY
The trainer will be responsible for all the Operational Inox Leisure Units as well as the future units. He will be required to develop customized training modules as per the current trend & impart the same to the Inox Staff.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Ongoing refinement of the SOPs. Responsible for training budgets.
2.To identify training needs across various levels; till Duty Manager.
3.To develop service orientated training modules as per the current industry norms & development as well as competition.
4. To conduct regular grooming sessions & training on soft-skills.
5. To prepare monthly training calendar for the employees (Customer Representatives / Team Leaders / Duty Mgrs).
6. To impart training following an appropriate Training Model & inculcating relevant assessment tools for the same.
7. To review, evaluate & gain the feedback of the training results & incorporate changes accordingly in the upcoming training sessions & do the follow – up on the same.
8. Conduct various behavioural workshops; team building, motivation, time mgmt, leadership etc.
9. Extensive travelling would be involved. Responsible for Core and Behavioural Developing.
10. Induction Orientation (CD).Developing Departmental Trainers in each area. Sales, F&B,Eng, Concessions, Box Office, Ushering …… etc. Detailing Department Trainers about the day to day trainings.

Physical Traits: Pleasing personality and Good Appearance.
Qualification: Hotel Mgmt / MBA in HR, with a specialized course in Training.
Age: 26 – 35 years.
Gender: Male candidates only.
Special Skills: Excellent operations knowledge, Good Communication Skill.
Knowledge of the industry.
Work Experience: Experience in operations & then atleast 3 to 4 years exp in core training In service industry.
