Ø Would be leading the HR team
Ø Visa processing related documentation for US & UK
Ø Inter-office Coordination for transfer of candidates from sP India Office to sP UK/ US offices
Ø Recruitment, Induction, Training, Performance Appraisal, Retention strategies, Exit formalities etc.
Ø Implementing of HR Policies
Ø Ensure that the various ISO & CMM audit related documentation related to HR department are followed
Ø Prior experience in IT/ ITES company for minimum of 3 years is a must
