HR Resource Leader required at Bangalore

Position: Human Resources Leader – India
Job Location : Bangalore
Primary Objective: Initiate and direct human resources across the company and ensure the availability and effective use of human resources to promote improved productivity and efficiency, company growth development and profit.
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Drive a Human Resources strategy in line with Asia Pacific and global direction to ensure the achievement of business targets through people.· Formulate and recommend human resources, policies and objectives for the company in the areas of staffing, Compensation, planning and administration, training and development.· Guide all staffing activities from advertising to induction of successful candidates in order to optimise the quality and fit of all new recruits.· Drive equitable and competitive remuneration and compensation policies, implement appropriate processes as required.· Administer and co-ordinate the organisation’s remuneration management system including co-ordination of the annual salary review process, job evaluation and briefings and the establishment of fair and consistent remuneration practices.· Provide consulting and support to line Management in all aspects of employee relations including performance counselling and change management to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.· Assist in the preparation of the organisation’s staffing and development plan (Session C). Work with the Managers to ensure actions arising from the plan are implemented in a timely manner.· Formulate and develop plans, procedures and programs to identify and meet specific training needs and problems and to develop the workforce. Co-ordinate such training as appropriate· Develop, implement and maintain programs which will contribute to achievement of corporate and personal goals, productivity improvements and the growth and development of individual staff· Ensure the maintenance of a system of records to meet corporate, individual and statutory requirements· The employee shall perform work within the defined responsibilities as documented in Spirit and Letter Commitment Form to ensure compliance
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· 5 years plus HR management experience, preferably with experience in a stand alone autonomous environment· Time management including ability to prioritise multiple tasks and organise workload to meet deadlines.· Intermediate level ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills· Strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills.
