THE POSITION

• This role would require to work some supervision
QUALIFICATION:
MBA/MSW/MPM from a good institute with between 3-5 years of strong post
qualification experience.
LINE MANAGER – PEOPLE PROCESSES
Location: Hyderabad
Years of Experience: 7-10 Years
The incumbent needs to have between 7 and 10 years of core line/generalist HR experience in good systems/process driven IT organizations.
THE POSITION
• Significant independent role in supporting and managing people process issues at Hyderabad
• Ensure compliance to systems and processes. Addressing associate issues
• Manages a team of people within the BU
• Supports HYD Leadership in Associate management and Associate People Process initiatives for the Center
• Implement organization wide People Process systems and processes at HYD Center
WHAT THE JOB CALLS FOR
• Strong understanding of operational HR systems and processes with a bias on business HR
• Good awareness of practices in IT industry
• Ability to work well with group, peers, Managers, Leadership, service providers
• He/she would need to be an experienced professional who carries out operational tasks with independence
• Must have the ability to multi-task/work in a matrix environment
QUALIFICATION:
MBA/MSW/MPM from a good institute with between 7-10 years of strong post qualification experience.
