A large Multinational Petrochemical company is in search of Manager HR for a new project.
The position will be responsible to head 60 people which will increase to 300 people in 2-3 yrs.
The preferred candidate
*should have 5-8 years of generic HR experience in a Multinational company preferably from the Chemical /Petrochemical/ Oilrefinery / Medical Care area
*and should be adept in implenting HR systems,Policies, Performance Management systems, Designing and conducting trainingand adding good talent to the organization.
The person should be extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled inperformance management and Training areas. In addition the personshould be sophisticated, scalable, alert, intelligent and good atpresentation skills.
Since it is a MNC the person should be able tohandle cross cultural diversity and have the capacity to deal with peopleacross the world.
