Role:Assistant Manager - HR (Generalist) based at Delhi
Reporting to : Asst Vice President - HR( India)
Desired profile : MBA (HR) from Premier Institute with 1-3 years of relevant exp. with in-depth knowledge of HR rules.Experience of addressing and making presentations independently to a large audience. Excellent negotiating skills with internal and external clients / candidates. Has to be a self-starter & display a high degree of maturity in decision-making processes. Must have strong communication, interpersonal skills and high levels of energy.
KRA's: Recruitments, structuring offers, conducting negotiations, project recruitments, checking salary Inputs, monitoring employee insurance plans, new joining & exit Process, monitoring payroll vendor deliverables, First point contact of all HR policy related information and employee relations, Implementation of global and local HR policies, keep them up-to-date with legislation and market practise, Maintain people soft HR System and assist in implementing e recruit application, Performance management, employee goal sheet follow ups etc.
