Multinational Petrochemical company is in search of a HR Head for India and SAARC country.
The preferred candidate should have 12 -16 years of genreric HR experience in a Multinational company preferably from the Chemical /Petrochemical/ Oil refinery area and should be adept in implenting HR systems, Policies, Performance Management systems, Designing and conducting training and adding good talent to the organization.
The person should be extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled in performance management and Training areas.In addition the person should be sophisticated, scalable, alert, intelligent and good at presentation skills. Since it is a MNC the person should be able to handle cross cultural diversity and have the capacity to deal with people across the world.
The selected candidate will administratively report to the country head and functionally to the Head of HR of Asia & Pacific.
The CTC is in the range of Rs.15 lakhs to Rs 20 lakhs depending on the candidate.The posting is in Mumbai.
