Desired Profile : MBA in HR- 2 - 6 years experience from Tier I & II institute, with experience in handling a Business HR role from any industry with strong leadership, recruitment, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be process oriented, result driven with Analytical thinking & team effectiveness skills.
KRA's- Proactively creating pipeline for regional recruitment requirements ,channel management and delivering the required numbers within the timelines specified.
To identify, assess, plan & implement learning interventions & initiatives.
To influence, monitor & ensure goal setting & performance evaluation feedback to the employees.
To establish relationship with key decision makers & facilitate resolution of employee querries.
Compensation : 7 - 8.5 lacs
