Objective
To assist the General Manager-HR in end to end corporate HR.activities.Key Result Areas:The incumbent will be responsible for the following:• Driving executive to middle management recruitment for corporate head quarters.• End to End HR activities for corporate head quarters.• Driving performance management system across the organization.• Assist in new HR/OD initiatives to be spanned across the organization.• Develop and implement Corporate Human resource strategies.• Monitoring of various HR policies, Compensation & Benefits, Performancemanagement, Rewards program, Career planning & Development.• Initiate employee engagement initiatives through events and celebrations etc. • Develop and implement effective Organization wide strategies - Organizationstructure design, Role Definition & Goal setting etc.• Maintenance of MIS & HR databases.InteractionsInternal• Senior Management at Head Office.• SBU HR across the organization.• Departments having interface with HR.• Subordinates and colleagues in HR department.External• Recruitment Consultants.• All concerned entities for facilitation of Corporate HR work.

Generic Profile • 5-6 year of experience in generalist and corporate HR in premier organizations.
• Masters degree in Human Resources/Labour Law from reputed institutes.
• Age 28-32 Years
• Good understanding of organizational dynamics.In-depth knowledge of the entire gamut of HR and ability to apply to complexorganizational issues
• Ability to own, initiate and develop business friendly & sound HR processesand practices based on in house corporate HR Policy focus being people.
• Prior exposure to talent development, employee engagement processes andcompetency based practices.
• Ability to interact effectively and influence employees on change initiatives• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.• Good track record in high performance organizations• Understanding of the business environment.• Pleasing personality, assertive profile with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.• Self starter / High on Team Working / Influencing skills / Maturity• Articulate and well read with excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently without much of supervision.• Good written and spoken English.

• Thorough knowledge in: Labour Laws applicable to the industry, Elements of Compensation Management, Process/ Product and equipment, Trends of best HR practices in the industry.
