Location: Bangalore
Education: Should hold a Masters degree in Management specializing in Human Resources from a Premier Management institute (like XLRI, TISS, XISS, IIM or Top B-Schools).
Experience:Should have about 7-12 years of total experience in a Generalist HR profile from the IT Industry
Job Description: Job scope will comprise of all facets of HR. Generalist role - Would be responsible for HR, Recruitment & Development activities for 12 SBUs with close to 500 employees.
Ø Will head the HR team and act as the ‘spearhead’ for all HR, Recruitment and Development activities inclusive of Training and Development.
Ø Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategies.
Ø Integration & implementation of best HR practices. Identification and evaluation of areas of competitive advantage through the development of Human resources and organization culture building.
Ø Monitoring of various HR policies, Compensation & Benefits, Performance management, Rewards program, Career planning & Development.
Ø Provide HR perspective (including scope, process and impact) to business decisions. Understanding the business scenario in the respective segment.
Ø Develop and implement effective Organization wide strategies - Organization structure design, Role Definition & Goal setting etc.
Ø Enhance the employee experience by addressing people issues & driving systemic improvements. Launch development programs for higher employee productivity. Desired Profile:
Ø Good understanding of organizational dynamics.
Ø Expert generalist skills and the ability to mentor and provide guidance to others within HR and the management team on complex issues.
Ø In-depth knowledge of the entire gamut of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues.
Ø Ability to own, initiate and develop business friendly & sound HR processes and practices based on in house corporate HR Policy focus being people.
Ø Prior exposure to talent development, employee engagement processes and competency based practices.
Ø Ability to interact effectively and influence employees on change initiatives
Ø Strong analytical and problem solving skills are critical.
