This requirement is for one of the Largest Media and Publishing House in India.
POSITION DETAILS: MBA with specialization in HR from a premier institute
EXPERIENCE : 6-10 years of Human Resources management experience, preferably having had experienced in managing a merger/ acquisition business environment. The incumbent could come from any industry and should have progressive general human resource management experience. Should have demonstrated leadership experience in Training & organizational development, should have experience in policy designing, staffing, rolling out performance management systems. The incumbent should be willing to travel and stay for considerable time in Hubli. Knowledge of Kannada is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Well executed Employee Communication Plan- Key Employee Retention Plan- Cultural Alignment- Integrating Pay, Benefits and Performance Management Plans- Rigorous Staffing and Selection process- Overlooking HR operations at both locations: Bangalore and Hubli.
