Desired profile : PGDBM/MBA from tier 1 Institutes with 4 - 6 yrs of exp. in areas of India employment laws and regulations governing employment, compensation and employee benefits; employee relations; performance management; and staffing practices. Should have strong communications, problem solving, influencing, facilitation, analytical skills; ability to effectively interact in a matrix environment and at all levels. Oracle knowledge will be desirable.
