Desired profile : PGDBM/MBA from tier 1 Institutes with 4 - 6 yrs of exp. in areas of India employment laws and regulations governing employment, compensation and employee benefits; employee relations; performance management; and staffing practices. Should have strong communications, problem solving, influencing, facilitation, analytical skills; ability to effectively interact in a matrix environment and at all levels. Oracle knowledge will be desirable.
KRA's: Salary Planning, salary benchmarking, compensation and benefit plans, performance management, training programs for 150-200 professional employees, Talent identification, development and retention, developing staffing routines, performance appraisals, succession planning, database management using Oracle HR, Working with the legal community, improving daily routines etc.
