Position : Talent Acquisition Leader & HR Manager,
Qualification/Skills Required: · MBA in HR/Industrial Relations with a minimum of 6-9 years of work experience after post graduation· Experience in leading the Recruitment Function of an organization for at least 2 years & evolving strategies around recruitment.
· High target orientation and process mind-set, with specific emphasis on execution focus· Exhibited creativity in successfully launching new initiatives around recruitment· Ability to influence and interact with senior leadership and ability to work in a highly matrix organization. Should have excellent Interpersonal Skills with very high customer focus· Strong presentation & analytical Skills· Ability to lead a team of young recruiters, guide and mentor them
RESPONSIBILITIES: · Partnering with Business Leaders in evolving unique recruitment strategies to meet business requirements and fuelling India growth plans. Attracting and hiring the best talent by energizing team of young recruiters. Meeting the year-on-year recruitment numbers for the Centre· Owning the gamut of recruitment related activities from Employee Referral, University relations, Internship, Campus recruitment, On Boarding (new employee assimilation) and all new initiatives launched by the recruitment team· Driving diversity hiring at the Centre· Partnering with Communications Team to evolve branding and marketing campaigns to pitch the organization as an "Employer of Choice" with prospective candidates at target Campuses and forums.
· Evolve strategies to drive global recruitment from US, Europe and Asia· Drive digitization and process simplification in the recruitment process, bringing value add to hiring managers and end customers·
Critical member of the HR team, with great assessment skills in helping to hire the best for the organization. Actively involved in participating, initiating engagement and retention strategies for the organization·
Driving and implementing GE HR processes like staffing, compensation planning, performance management, employee development/advocacy, 360-leadership assessment /coaching and developing leaders. Developing business-focused people strategies for growth and change using GE tools like NMA, Workout.
