Position: Senior/Middle Management
Qualification: MBA (HR)/PGDBM in HR from premier Institutes
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Responsibilities
Ø Implement people policies and processes to meet business requirements, with a focus on Performance Management
Ø Facilitate high quality implementation of HR processes in line with Group guidelines
Ø Ensure retention of high performers and outplacement of poor performers so as to constantly improve competency levels in the face of increased international competition.
Ø To act as a key change agent and to balance long and short-term organizational goals as they relate to people
Ø Ensure compliance with all the relevant rules, regulations; investigate and promptly resolve or escalate any irregularities
Ø Designing and conducting training and monitoring the effectiveness of training
Ø Maintain network of external contacts (country and world-wide) for benchmarking the practices against relative competitor organization.
Ø Hands on SAP HR or exposure in mapping HR practices to build a robust HRIS system
Ø *Developmental initiatives for welfare of the Employees.
Ø *Ensure statutory compliance of all labour related legal statutes.
(* If the focus of interest is on IR or if he/she is interested in heading the Plant HR)
Competencies:
- High functional knowledge in HRD/OD as applicable. Hands on exposure in conceptualizing and executing various HR Systems and Processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labour laws is desirable, but not essential
- Knowledge and application of HR tools to build and foster culture/values and teamwork
- Excellent computer skills and enterprise based HRIS system

The job placements will be at Corporate/Units at various cities all over India.
