HR Opening at Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd (BHL)
Job Description: Head the Human Resource function for international business and new projects in BHL.
The job would entail building up of a robust HR team, recruitment of personnel across all levels and establishment of best HR practices related to recruitment, compensation, employee policies, training and development , etc. As HR head, would need to work closely with the CEO and other members of the senior management team to ensure strong employee retention focus.
You would also be expected to counsel employees at all levels, in employee or management issues guided by the Company's Corporate policy, and labor law legislation. Responsibilities would include diagnosis and resolution of employee related issues, conduct climate surveys, and develop recommendations accordingly. Needs to play a partnering role to the business and requires to align himself to the same.
