The HR MIS person would be part of the "Talent Engagement & Development (TED)” team. The person would be in-charge of complete personnel information administration in all core HR activities right from Joining, 3 month & 6-month Appraisals, Performance Management Cycle, Inter-department, Inter-Process & Inter-Location transfer, Separations etc.
The ideal Candidate would have: Excellent MS Office skills (Working knowledge of SAP preferred) Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Attention to detail and initiative Excellent Communication Skills Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline 1 to 2 years experience in a similar HR function
