Job Specification :Will be responsible for the HR operations of the units (processes) he/she ishandling; will be the HR single point of contact for those units. Handlingupto 1200 to 1600 people. Reporting into Location Head - HR.
Responsible for:-Performance Management - developing business specific PMS guidelines,coordinate, review and close PMS for the business.Employee Development - talent identification and review, potential assessment with the business heads, designing development plans. supervising.
Effectiveness Initiatives like Skips and New Manager Assimilations (NMAs).Policy and Process Implementation - communication, ensuring policyimplementation by businesses.Attrition Control - trend analysis using exit data and feel of the floor,design action plans and interventions in consultation with business.E-Sat Surveys - coordinating the same, communicating results and working outaction plans based on the same.Employee bonding and awareness initiativesHR MIS and back officeParticipation in Lean Projects and GB, latter based on training.
HR Professionals with a PG qualification in HR and having an experience of6-8 years. The role entails extensive interaction with Operations Leadershipteam as well as employees. Involves grievance handling, disciplinaryprocedure, etc. A candidate who is high on ownership, commitment and energylevel will fit the requirement. Someone who wants to know the BPO businessand who is hands-on, will be comfortable in this role.
