4.Job Role:The job involves of STRATEGIC HR, COMPENSTATION & BENEFITS[Should be Knowledgable],TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT,PERFORMANCE Management System[PMS],RETENTIONS etc.
Work on developing leadership skills for managers,Initiate and implement HR initiatives for the Business Development based on the business demands,Relate HR practices to business realities and design HR systems and Processes.Managing the manpower and other related issued at project / unit level Drive Leadership Development at Top Management to strengthen the leadership team.Built HR branding both at internal and external forums.HR presentation for existing and prospective Customers.
5.Candidates Profile: The incumbent should be having a PG/MBA in HR from Good Institutes.The incumbent should have expereince in either IT/ITES/TELECOM Companies at Middle level Management.Should be strong in HR related activities like RECRUITMENTS/C&B/TRAINING etc.
