Job description : This is a generalist HR function supporting 1-2 SBUs. Candidate will be required to look after improvement andmanagement of Recruitment and Compensation processes including directinteractions with line managers. He/she will also get exposure to otherfunctions of HR such as Training, Organization effectiveness. Thus it willbe a Specialist and a Generalist HR role. Incumbents will need to strengthen processes in the area ofRecruitment and Compensation and perform a business based HR Role for theorganization. Competency required will thus be Analytical skills, Processorientation, Influencing skills, People orientation and In-depth experiencein Recruitment and Compensation processes.
Job hierarchy : Position reports to HR Manager who reports to VP HR
